This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you join the OFF/ON® early access list.

We respect your privacy. We collect the minimum data necessary, we never sell it, and you can leave the list at any time.

Note: OFF/ON Labs SA is currently being incorporated in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Upon registration with the Registre du Commerce, all data processing responsibilities under this Privacy Policy will automatically transfer to OFF/ON Labs SA. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the registration details.

OFF/ON® and Master Your Digital Habits® are registered trademarks owned by Fabrice Pittet.

2. What data we collect

When you join the OFF/ON early access list, we collect:

Your first name and last name
Your email address (provided by you)
The date and time of your signup
The source of your signup (e.g. event name, referral link) for internal reporting

We do not collect your name, phone number, IP address, browsing history, or any other personal information at this stage.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose only: to inform you about OFF/ON® before and around its public launch. This includes:

A welcome email confirming your subscription
Occasional updates about the product, the launch, and behind-the-scenes content
A notification when OFF/ON® is available on the App Store

We do not use your email for any other purpose. We do not share, rent, or sell your email to third parties.

4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your email on the basis of your consent, given freely and explicitly when you click "Keep me posted" on our landing page (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your email on the early access list until you unsubscribe, or until 24 months after the public launch of OFF/ON®, whichever comes first.

If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our active list within 7 days, and from all backups within 90 days.

6. Who aprocesses your data

We use ActiveCampaign (ActiveCampaign LLC, USA) as our email marketing platform. ActiveCampaign stores your email on EU and US servers and processes it on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

We do not transfer your email to any other third party.

7. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15-22)

Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Rectify any inaccurate data
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict or object to the processing of your data
Withdraw your consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner — FDPIC; EU: your national data protection authority)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at gabriel@joinoffon.com. We respond within 30 days.

The simplest way to leave the list is to click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you.

8. Cookies

Our landing page does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. The only technical mechanism we use is the form submission to ActiveCampaign, which is necessary to register you on the list.

9. Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers operated by ActiveCampaign. We do not store any copies of your email on our own servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email.
