Digital Attention Check-up — Business Terms
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms apply to the remote Digital Attention Check-up supplied to business clients by Gabriel Pitt (Fabrice Pittet), Pré des Sauges 3, 1037 Étagnières, Switzerland (“Provider”). They do not apply to online courses or other services.
1. Agreement and scope
An introductory call is exploratory. The engagement begins when the client accepts a written proposal. That proposal sets the agreed scope, timetable, fee and any specific conditions, and takes precedence if it differs from these terms.
The Check-up is a three-week remote review of how digital tools and AI affect work. It includes an anonymous employee questionnaire of about six minutes, analysis and a 60-minute online findings session, an executive summary with three priorities, and a 30-minute debrief. The sample report illustrates the format; findings and priorities depend on the responses received. Implementation, individual assessment and ongoing platform access are outside the scope unless agreed in writing.
2. Client participation and timing
The client appoints a contact person, shares relevant organisational context, distributes the questionnaire and arranges participation in the online sessions. The client informs employees about the survey and ensures participation is voluntary. The three-week schedule starts on the agreed date and depends on timely cooperation. Any change to scope or schedule is agreed in writing.
3. Fee and payment
The advertised UK price for the stated Check-up is £2,250 plus any applicable taxes. The accepted proposal confirms the final fee, invoicing and payment dates. Additional work requires written agreement before it is charged. No payment is due for an exploratory booking call.
4. Changes and cancellation
Either party may request a new date, subject to mutual agreement. If an engagement ends early, the parties will settle the fee for work performed and any expenses approved in advance, subject to the accepted proposal and applicable law. The Provider will refund any prepaid amount for work not performed after that settlement.
5. Survey, confidentiality and data
The questionnaire is intended to be anonymous. The Provider reports findings in aggregate and does not provide individual employee responses to the client. Identifying details in free-text responses may be removed or combined where needed to protect respondents. The client must not seek to identify respondents from the report.
Each party will use the other’s confidential information only for this engagement and protect it with reasonable care. The client remains responsible for its internal notices to employees. The parties will agree any required privacy or data-processing terms before collecting responses; the applicable privacy notice explains the handling of personal data. Neither party may use the other’s name or logo as an endorsement without written permission.
6. Report and use
The client may use the final report internally once the agreed fee has been paid. The Provider retains ownership of its methods and templates; the client retains its own information. Publication, resale or external distribution of the report requires the Provider’s written consent. The Check-up supports organisational decisions and does not guarantee a particular reduction in workload or provide medical, legal or individual employment advice.
7. Law and contact
The parties will first try to resolve disputes directly. Swiss law applies, and the competent courts of Vaud, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that applies. Questions about these terms may be sent to info@gabrielpitt.com.
